Lawal Omobolaji Akano Akoringbade popularly known as OLIKS OMOBA is a Nigrian AfroPop/Street Singer, A.R and also a Public Relation Officer. He hails from Ila Orangun, Osun State.
Oliks Omoba started his Musical career at his tender age on the street of Ebute-metta, Lagos and professionally in the year 2010.
He carved his own special tunes and sounds from AfroPop Music Legends like; 9ICE, WYCLEF JEAN, BEAUTIFUL NUBIA, MUSILIU ARUNA ISHOLA and 2FACE IDIBIA and his special sounds got him acceptance into the Nigerian Music scene when he released the smash hit single tittled “LABONDAN” follow up with the street banger “SEJU LARA BABA” which featured the Indigenious Rapper SERIKI OMOOWO and with a good video which enjoys air plays on major Radio and TV stations both terrestial and online. in 2019, OLIKS OMOBA released another hit titled “BELENJE,” which features the Marlians Music Rap Acts MOHBAD and DEOLA WAMBI.
OLIKS OMOBA has been able to add to his shelf couple of Awards such as: Best Music Act, 2011 by MOZIK MODEL AGENCY, Best
HipHop Act, 2019 by OTITOLOJU FILM PRODUCTION and with several Nominations in the Nigeria Entertainment Industry such as TOP NAIJA MUSIC AWARDS, he has made his great sounds readily prepared to meet the quality taste of good music lovers with his New Smashing Hit Single; “SHANA” which got about 500,000 streams within a period of 3 months on all platforms and still enjoying massive air play on major Radio Stations across Africa.
OLIKS OMOBA being hailed from a Royal Family is used to be costumed in Royal Beads and he has AROFAY as the imprint he dedicated to his fans around the world which means “AKORINGBDE ROYAL FAMILY”. They are also referred to as the “BEADS GANG”.
