NANS ZONE D (SOUTH WEST) LEADERSHIP MEETS THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE LAGOS STATE AND CALLS FOR SUFFICIENT AND ADEQUATE SECURITY.

The NANS Zone D (South West), led by Comrade Adekitan Lukman Adebisi (TUNICE), and his fellow executive members, the NANS/JCC Chairman of Lagos State and other comrades met with the Commissioner of Police, State Command Ikeja (IMOHIMI. O. EDGAR), Lagos State on Monday, 14th May. 
The Coordinator, Adekitan Adebisi appreciated and commended the prominent roles the Commissioner of Police has played before now.

“The testimonies of the many struggles he has fought is still fresh in our memories. The Baddo cults, fraudulent activities, unjust killings, rape and kidnap of innocent people were forced to barest reduction.”
The group futher urged the Commissioner to join efforts with them to ensure that insecurity of students lives and property gain its full disappearance.
The Lagos state Commissioner of Police, IMOHIMI.O.EDGAR in his reaction commended their moves and pledged to always lend supportive hands to students security challenges when and where necessary.
He also urged the leadership of NANS to continue sensitising and educating their fellow students by highlighting the importance of living peacefully without engineering any rancor, atrocity and calamity.
“I will contribute my quota to ensure that dead Students Unions gain their resuscitation in all tertiary institutions under my jurisdiction “, the Commissioner assured.

The NANS Zone D Coordinator however urges the generality of students to comport themselves wisely and intellectually as their lives and properties are not worth traded for anything.
