The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS), has concluded plans to block all International Airports across the country.
This was triggered by the refusal of the federal government to reopen higher institutions of learning in the country.
In a protest statement signed by the President of the Senate, H.E Dio, Oghale Emeka Rex and the Senate Clerk, Comrade Inedi Bright and made available to Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in which the Director, Department of State Security (DSS), was copied, the students, said NAPS is the supreme body with the mandate to represent, promote, protect and defend the interest of Polytechnic, Mono-technic, Colleges of technology and other institutions awarding Diploma and Higher National Diploma certificates across the six geo-political zones of the country.
The notification called on students to come and converge at the front of the Asaba International Airport with their cooking utensils, including students mates.
