Nasarawa Gunmen killed son, injured wives, cart away daughters – – Barely 24 hours after unknown Nasarawa Gunmen abducted and killed the Nasarawa State chairman of APC, another similar incident has occurred.

The latest attack took place in Agwada, the headquarters of Agwada development area in Kokona LG, involving one Alh. Kankau, a Fulani man and his family members.

An eyewitness told our correspondent that the Gunmen numbering about 12 stormed the house of Kankau at 2:00 am on Sunday and shot sporadically, before whisking away his two children.

In addition he said they killed one of his sons and injured two of his wives, who are currently receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Keffi.

When contacted, the executive chairman of Kokona LG, Saidu Kurki, who confirmed the story to correspondent on phone, declined further comments.

On his part the overseer of Agwada development area, Mukailu Salihu, who also confirmed the incident on phone, said 52 empty shells of bullets were found by Police on the scene of the attack.
