ODSTI: Ondo Workers to Fast and Pray over Salary jamboree
Following the inability of the Government to pay remuneration and deductions, workers in Ondo state Tertiary Institutions (ODSTI) have resolved to seek the face of God.
The group also declared a day fasting and prayer which will commence on tuesday, 1st December, 2020.
The workers under the aegis of Joint Action Committee (JAC), including SSANU, NASU, NAAT and SSANIP made the decision after an emergency meeting held on Tuesday at the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa.

“… members are informed that Tuesday, 1st December, 2020 has been declared a day of fasting and prayer.
“This is not unconnected with unpaid salaries, deductions and other allowances.
“Members are to observed the fasting and prayer in line with their belief and gather at noon to offer prayers.
The extract signed by the JAC secretary, Comrade Peter Akindehinde added that God, the owner of the universe will intervene in their plight.
