Olisa Agbakoba warn against dealing with Kizz Daniel.

The counsel to Kizz Daniel’s former record label, Olisa Agbakoba is warning the public against dealing with Kizz Daniel.


According to Olisa Agbakoba, Kizz Daniel has breached the rights to G-Worldwide’s intellectual property which he already ceded to.

 

The counsel has therefore, on behalf of G-Worldwide “commenced legal proceedings in court to seek legal redress against the Artiste and claim the of about N500, 000, 000. 00(Five Hundred Million Naira) for damages for contract exit fee, damages for breach of contract and infringement on its intellectual property rights.”


They are therefore warning everyone, business-wise, not to deal with Kizz Daniel or do “at their own peril” and this “is likely to incur huge liabilities.”
