Osun 2018: Adeleke and Ogunbiyi signs Memorandum.

Ahead of September 22nd Governorship election in Osun state, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Gubernatorial Candidates, Senator Ademola Adeleke and rival Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, on Wednesday, 5th September signs a memorandum of understanding. 

This is a rift which have been between both men after the PDP’s Primary election which saw Ademola Adeleke wining but Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi disagreed.

In a gathering supervised by Senator Bukola Saraki, who is also the Chairman of the Osun State 2018 National Campaign Council for the PDP, both candidates have reconciled and agreed to work together for the victory of the party.

“Following marathon meetings today in Abuja, I am pleased to announce that we have a signed agreement between PDP gubernatorial candidate, Senator Adeleke and his rival, Dr. Ogunbiyi,” says Senator Bukola Saraki.
He concluded saying, “As we approach the September 22, 2018 governorship election, our party moves forward as one.”
