The National Youth Service Corps members who had served diligently and were found worthy in character and in learning have successful completed their one year mandatory service at Orumba North, Nigeria.
The Orumba North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Barr Obinna Ikwueto who was available to grace the occasion, charged to be more serious so they can successfully get into Favour Market not Labour Market.
Hon. Ikwueto explained that having served the country diligently in different aspect and contributing their own quota to the growth and beautification of the Local Government, it is time to Change levels.
He also appreciated the wonderful set of corpers deployed to serve in Orumba North, noting that they had a peaceful presence all through their in their respective communities.
Also present was Mr. Kehinde Aremu-cole (Anambra State Coordinator National Youth Service Corps). He the chairman and also congratulated him on his appointment as the No. 1 officer to pilot the affairs of the Local Government Area.
While speaking to corpers, he explained the ethics of the ‘next world’, saying they should be ready.
“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”.
He charged them not to be carnal in facing life challenges as this are things which only surface for a period of time and later on dissolved by our attitude to face it.
The Corpers also presented an award to the NYSC State Coordinator as the Best Coordinator in Anambra State.
Other dignitaries present at the passing out are Sam Shizlin (Inspector NYSC Orumba North), Mrs. Isabella Anyiam ( Head of Planning Management) and a host of others.
