US-based Kenyan Pastor, Dr Jacob N Kinyanjui has advised single women looking for husbands to avoid being lazy in the dressing department and work on improving their wardrobe.

The motivational speaker said most women are busy looking for spouses yet are not in any way looking neat and presentable for these men to approach them.

Part of what he wrote on Facebook reads:

“No Husband? And your hair is still unkempt? Or you wear an old woman’s weave all the time. And you still don’t manicure your fingernails and toenails – or the nail polish is chipped half of the days. How can you joke with your looks as a woman and pray for a husband? Donate those old sweaters to some needy villagers. You better freeze and shine.

Learn to wear heels. Keep your legs glossy. Perfume yourself. And wear a smile always. Looking sexy doesn’t compromise your inner beauty. Don’t’ be fooled by nobody – men are visual beings – we notice shiny objects like squirrels.

There’s no sin in looking hot!”

The Man of God, Moses, advised young men to go for beauty!

Deuteronomy 21:10-12 – When you go to war against your enemies and the Lord your God delivers them into your hands and you take captives, if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife. Bring her into your home and trim her nails.”

Reacting, Eva Wangare said: “You forgot something, also unless you have health problems, you can’t afford to go around being over-weight, work out sisster.”

Waweru Kamuru added: “60% true but 40% is very shallow and deceiving.”

Wa Njiru commented: “Since the day I tried on heels, I have never looked back, I do everything for myself and I haven’t ever met that one man who can even jokingly say “will you marry me”.
