Ezra Olubi who is one of the co-founders of Paystack, an online payment platform, which has many usera worth million of dollars has caused a stir on Saturday April 10, after he shared photos of what he wore to a friend’s wedding.
He shared the photos on his Twitter handle and wrote;
”my friend invited me to her wedding party and all i heard was “ezra get dressed!”
The picture has generated lot of reactions and comments from Nigerians of which most of them are very negative to stomach up.
If one is to consider the extent of which some of the Twitter users have reacted to this post, a person would likely consider it as cyber bullying .
While some feels they appreciate the fact that he is coming out as gay in the femini dress , other saw it as a way of supporting feminism.
The Paystack cofounder is a supporter of the feminist association and been a tech guru, this may just be a little way of having fun but it looks like Nigerians under his tweets are not buying it as lot of them ain’t happy and mostly they are irritated at his fashion sense.
Some even claimed if what he look like in that picture is what success looks like ,then they don’t want to be successful. Also on the other hand there are fans who came to his rescue.
Below are reactions from the tweets

If Ezra wasn't wealthy, would Nigerians not have upbraided him about his outlook?

You’ve made some interesting propositions
1. “Saying this looks good is an unprovoked like”
2. “Nobody will give audience to a random person dressed like this
3. “Not against”, yet subsequently says otherwise
How did you know 1 & 2? How are you acquainted to everyone’s mind?

Nigerians are being unfortunate under Ezra’s post. As usual. Why are you people so hateful? For a group of people who carry home training on their heads, we’re actually the rudest, most uncouth group. What happened to keeping quiet if you don’t like something?

While some users feels the attack on Ezra is right , some felt this attack is not really needed because if Ezra was a random person who dressed this way , there will definitely be no reactions from Nigerians.
A certain Twitter user states clearly that the only reason Ezra is getting dragged on the street of twitter for dressing the way he dressed is because he is a public figure
