Putting Buhari in power is not the problem but getting it back

I remember when they told the South East to vote APC in the 2019 elections just like the South West were doing so as to be connected to the political national grid.

Just yesterday, President Buhari made the fourth consecutive crucial political appointment from the North.
All of whom are stepping into positions hitherto occupied by southerners.

He appointed Sarki Auwalu as the Director, Department of Petroleum Resources.

A week ago, it was Chairman of National Assembly Service Commission……Ahmed Kadi.

The week before that was Head of AMCON Adamu Lamatek.

Before that was Head of FIRS……Mohammad M Nami.

At this point, the political national grid we were promised, is beginning to look like the NEPA grid.

You’d be charged for power you did not consume.

One can say that the South West is connected to the National grid through the Vice President but it looks like NEPA connected the light and took the fuse.

As for the South East, it’s more like NEPA climbed the pole, cut the wires, carry am go.

We didn’t expect anything less.

You can’t be a part of the 5% and expect the same power connection with the 97%.

I will advise everyone who has a Musa as a gateman now to be very nice and friendly with him because he might be next in Buhari’s appointments.

Because the way these things are going, by 2023 we will be out in the field campaigning only to come back home and see the result of the elections you are campaigning for on NTA news.

The problem with supporting an oppressor is, when you are done hailing him, he will turn around and oppress you.

The problem is not in giving monkey water, it’s in getting back the cup without losing an eye!
