Rachel Alaba granted a non-molestation order against Ben Chiza Mkandawire

Prior to the order, Ben had been recorded threatening Rachel, as well as alleging her and her mother are con artists.

Rachel comments “The 2 years have been extremely distressing. I have learned a very hard lesson when it comes to trusting people and will use this experience to ensure that the government does more to deter fraud here in the UK. My final word to all reading this is please avoid Ben Chiza Mkandawire at all costs. I never thought anyone would have the guts to scam me. These people have mastered their manipulative skills to get what they want.”

Based on the comments and messages Rachel has received, it looks unlikely that Ben is able to afford to clear the debt.

Ben Chiza Mkandawire was accused of defrauding three women of €50, 000 under the guise of setting up an Oil and Gas business through the company Scilla Energy Ltd.

Another lady from East Africa has also confirmed that Ben Also Scammed her;

Its a worrisome case.
