Chidiebere Caius Augustine Odo popularly known as Rich Scanty (born 22 April) is a sensational singer and songwriter.
He hails from Enugu State, attended Community primary school and Union secondary school in Enugu State. He dropped out from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) because of financial constraint.
Rich Scanty discovered his love for music during his secondary school days, he will always freestyle in class and his friends keep rendering applause to him for a fantastic musical delivery. That was how Rich Scanty got his stage name and decided he will chase a career in music. He kept working on his writing and singing skills so as to be the very best version of himself.
Fast forward to August 2021, Scanty started working on his debut album titled PRAY FOR ME which has four incredible songs on it.
