ROPO ASALA’s DEATH A COLOSSAL LOST TO THE ENTIRE KOGI STATE – Hon. Omiata

The death of Hon. Ropo Asala has been described as a colossal lost to the APC family, New Direction government and the entire Kogi state by Hon. Musa Jimoh Omiata, member representing Yagba East State Constituency in Kogi House of Assembly.

Hon. Omiata while speaking through his Aid Comrade Abdurazaq Olusegun observed that though death is a prize we all have to pay however, the late APC Zonal Vice Chairman, Kogi West was a political game changer, ‘unifier’ who deployed classical diplomacy in managing the party affairs as evident in the successes recorded by the party at the last general elections early this year. He described the vaccum created by his demise as hard one to be filled.

While commiserating with family, friends, political associates, Egbe Mekun and the entire party structure at the state and national level over the sudden death he urged the family to take solace in a life well lived by the late politician. He therefore pray God to grant the entire state the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
