SERAP wants President Buhari to be humble
SERAP has beged President Muhammadu Buhari to be humble enough to respect the Rule Of Law and Enforce four listed Court Judgements against his Government.
The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), on Friday, 23rd May, appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to adhere and respect the rule of law and constitutionalism of the country, by enforcing court judgements.
The SERAP also listed some of the judgements it accused President Buhari of not enforcing:
Recall, that SERAP had earlier this week, written to President Buhari, to copy the Namibia example, by banning the buying of cars for Politicians, Ministers, Governors, Lawmakers, and other top government Officials, in order to save funds to run the economy, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
