I heard that Mr Rauf Aregbesola distributed his palliatives in Osun without routing it through the state government. Meanwhile, the state governor, Gboyega Oyetola gave a directive that whoever wishes to give out palliatives should drop same to the Osun food bank.

 

My question: Should we say Mr Aregbesola deliberately flouted government’s directive or wishes to show successor what leadership entails?

 

Recall, the palliatives distributed by the state government was hijacked by some hungry APC members in the state. Though, we are still waiting for the outcome of the investigation on who supplied the expired rice.
