Special Ass. to Gov. Obiano, Hon. Esedo put smile on over 200 Widows & Children

Hon. Ruth Esedo, handing out gifts

The Special Assistant to the Governor of Anambra state on Environment, Hon. Ruth Esedo, on Monday, 27th May brought smile to faces of over 200 Widows and Children of Anambra East LGA and Ụmụ Ada Omambala.

The happiness on faces could not be hidden especially during the charity spree and according to Hon. Esedo, the Governor, Willie Obiano was the reason for this.

She says, “I wouldn’t be here if our Amiable Governor had not found me worthy to serve in his government as a Special Assistant; the love he showed me triggered the empowerments. Everyone must not be in Government directly (Appointed) but indirectly we all are in governance because you  are the voters. I was appointed to carry my people along and not just myself – in that regard I present to you the little I have saved from that position of SA which is your position but I was found worthy to serve and represent you all. I am not vying for any elective position and I have not come for campaigns, rather I’m here to share with you the love from the Governor who holds you all in high esteem and found me worthy to represent you as one of his appointee – manage the little gifts and token God bless you all.
