Labour Party supporter, Stephen Muoka, who became a sensation online after a video of him counting votes in a comical manner during the presidential election has expressed a desire to meet with the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Stephen’s pronunciation of LP (Labour Party) as ‘Eluu P’ amused many and the video went viral online.
In an interview with PUNCH, the man said the video was recorded in his polling unit at Onu Orei Amechi Road, Topland, Enugu State.
According to him, one of his friends, identified as Kachi had recorded the video and uploaded it on TikTok where popular blogger, Tunde Ednut, picked it adding he was unaware that his friend was recording him.
Asked if Peter Obi or his team has reached out to him, Stephen said they have not and he hopes that he would meet the former governor of Anambra state.
He also listed some of the qualities that attracted him to Peter Obi.
He said: “Not yet, but I desire to meet Peter Obi one day. I have a hundred percent hope that one day, I would meet him.
“So many things drew me to him. He is a good man. He is the hope that the youth have, to ‘recreate’ everything about Nigeria. What we need to change the structure in Nigeria can be achieved through an Obi presidency. I also love his level of humility.”
