The Supreme court have nullified Uche Nwosu nomination in Action Alliance (AA) party

Uche Nwosu, was a former Deputy Chief of Staff to the Imo State Government from 2011 to 2013, Commissioner for Lands from 2013 to 2015 and Chief of Staff from 2015 to 2019, in Imo State.

The AA case at S’COURT that started on 26th June, 2020, came to an end on Monday, 29th June, 2020, even though they’re not longer interested in the suit.

The Supreme court nullified Uche Nwosu nomination in AA on the account that he had contested for nomination under APC – The spirit of the law forbids anyone to contest for nomination under two or more parties in same election or even started the process of being nominated by procuring the nomination form.
