Dr Obinna Uzo is a lawyer and a member of Nigeria Bar Association, NBA.
Dr Obinna Uzo graduated from University of Lagos and attended Nigeria Law School Abuja between 1999-2000.
He has a Law Firm called GOCUZChambers where he is a principal partner. Finally, Obinna Uzo is Doctorate Degree holder, PhD.
With all his achievements in law, Dr Obinna Uzo went to forge a court judgement. He didn’t institute any case against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah. He simply wrote a judgement in his house, backdated it to suit his evil plan and got a judge to sign it.
After the judge signed the judgement for him, he got some corrupt court officials who helped him to fake all the court processes and documentations.
When he was through with that, he went to the media to announce himself the senator for Anambra south senatorial zone and asked INEC to issue him with certificate of return, citing the fake judgement he wrote in his house.
The police investigation shows that everything about that judgement was fake and quickly picked up one of his accomplices, Barr Samuel Eziafa. The moment the police arrested Eziafa Samuel, Dr Obinna Uzo escaped through the borders to an unknown destination. Other lawyers who aided him in the scam are all on the run.
The FCT high court felt embarrassed that one of the court Divisions was used to perpetrate such high level of judicial scam and set up a panel to investigate the scam.
Immediately the panel began sitting, the Registrar of court 25, Kubwa one Kingsley Okoroh Ebibrah who helped Obinna Uzo to forge and mutilate court processes absconded. He abandoned his job and has been on the run.
Where is Nigeria heading to? How can a lawyer with PhD in law perpetrate this level of scam in our judicial system?
How can a judge agree to this type of judicial embarrassment, by backdating a judgement that was never instituted with no record in the court.
It is a pity that those who vowed to pull Ifeanyi Ubah down using Obinna Uzo down have destroyed him and destroyed many other persons including lawyers and court officials. Some of these lawyers involved in these shameful act are still young.
The panel recommended for the dismissal of the Registrar and two other staff. They also demoted 3 other officers. While police has declared those on the run wanted.
I sincerely hope that this will be a lesson to those who are being paid to fight Senator Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah. Learn from the fall of Dr Obinna Uzo. Learn from the destruction of the future of all those lawyers and court staff that aided the plot against a Man With Grace.
Ifeanyi Ubah doesn’t look for trouble, but all who have stood on his way always end up in shame.
Don’t be the next victim. Ifeanyi Ubah plays a politics of Open Door that will contain and accommodate all interests.

How pitiful. ifeanyi Ubah is so threatened by Obinna Uzoh he has to try and destroy his name to prove his innocence. How about you show your real Exam certificates instead. None of these articles prove you are innocent or you are the rightful senator of the state. You did not contest primaries and you submitted fake certificates. You are still a fraud. The next person that will come for you will come for you using the same claims this man made and BIGGER MONEY! So continue shaking Ifeanyi Ubah, Continue shaking. Someone else will come for your seat and you will eventually be removed. Fraudulent man.
