Thousands of People trouped out as Yabatech walks against Rape and Drug Abuse

Thousands of people trouped out as Yaba College of Technology walks against Rape and Drug Abuse in the college and Nigeria as a whole, on Wednesday, 3rd October, 2018.

This walk tagged An Evening with the King is a leader pitch to all tertiary institutions in Nigeria, led by the Rector, Engr. Obafemi Omokungbe.

Turnout from Students and staffs of the college was overwhelming. Engr. Omokungbe was represented for the WALK by Dean Student Affairs, Mrs Sobande, the Public Relation Officer, Mr. Joe Ejiofor, represented the rector  at the CONCERT. Also present was the Patron of Yabatech Magazine, Dr. O.B Ajibola, Alumni President of Yabatech, Pastor Olufemi Martins, Gospel minister Shola Allyson and many others.

The WALK was around the college, while the CONCERT was Sports Complex.

Thousands of students turned out for the concert,
Never in the history of Yabatech has a programme of such magnitude, happened
The stadium was filled up.

The convener of the Elberachah team Mr, Olugbenga Daniel Adebayo, thanked the college management, Yabatech magazine and Christian union for their support.
