Here is the new timetable for Edo state election as issued by INEC –

15th June – notice of election

16th June – collection of forms by political parties from INEC headquarters

16th June – 6th July, 2020 – Conduct of Party Primaries including resolution of disputes arising from the Primaries.

21st June, 2020 – Commencement of campaign by Political Parties in public.

10th July – last day for forms submission

17th July – Publication of personal details of candidates

28th July, 2020 – Last day for withdrawal by candidate(s)/replacement of withdrawn candidate(s) by Political Parties.

August 3rd – last day for form submission by political parties

August 20th – publication of final list of nominated candidates

September 17th – last day for campaign

September 19th – election day
