To win Lagos State; What PDP need to do

To win Lagos State, here are the few thing the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) need to do.

Lagos PDP must learn to sort its issues amicably by engaging all warring factions:

1. Engagement is all about negotiation & trade-offs.

2. Members must begin to engage constructively by reflecting on their capacity & strength. Throwing your hat in the ring shouldn’t just be for the jamboree but what you can offer.

3. Quality representation is key when it comes to candidacy and we must understand there are people out there watching us.

4. We must always keep our ears on ground on what the general public say about our party and our candidates. Politics doesn’t end with party members.

5. Even amongst ourselves we must learn to debate issues to gauge individual competences for better representation and not sentiments.

To win Lagos State; What PDP need to do

Let it be known that politics since the Jonathan administration has evolved and people are becoming more aware and asking questions.

Quality Representation is key & not sentiments. Leaders should start engaging constructively.
