Tractor Scam: Bauchi Farmers Warn Kwarans Against Voting Yaman Abdullahi, Says he’s a Disaster, Fraudster

Bauchi Farmers Association has issued a strong worded warning to Kwarans to desist from voting the gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Shuaibu Yaman Abdullahi.

According to a statement released by their Chairman, Malam Nuhu Shinkafi, Yaman Abdullahi is a disaster and fraudster who will mortgage the future of Kwara to recover from his financial crisis.

“We have had encounter with this man in our state in the past before. We know who he is. He is a big time deceiver. Despite collecting billions of naira from our government for the supply of contracts, he has not delivered.

“We understand that he’s now pushing and pressing hard to become Kwara Governor because of the pressure security and anti-corruption agencies are mounting on him to supply our tractors. He wants to use Kwara money to recover from his financial crisis.

“We have also been intimated that he has such contract obligation deficit with the Plateau State Government too. Only Allah knows how many such debts he is owing about. We warn Kwarans that they should never fall for the deception of this man. He has no capacity and is totally insincere.

“For us here, we’ll continue to work with our government and security/anti-corruption agencies to ensure that Alhaji Yaman Abdullahi who owns Hakar Engineering Limited in Kaduna State supply us our 500 tractors of 75 horsepower capacity. He has been awarded this contract since 2018, but has failed to deliver.”
