A Twitter user, @AthenaChukwubu1, has shared a sad story of how a first wife confessed to having used her first child with the husband for money ritual.
According to the user, the second wife had insisted that the wealth of the man be shared equally between her and her own children and the first wife and her own children.
The first wife kicked vehemently against it disclosing that her late husband used their first child for money ritual and they made a pact that following his death, she and her children will get more of the property.
The tweet reads:
“Crazy and unbelievable things are happening, so during an externship at MOJ. This man died intestate and he was survived by his 2 wives and children, the 2nd wife was advocating that everything be shared equally amongst all the family members (the 2nd wife’s children are more).
The 1st wife refused, in her defense, she and her husband made a pact that on his death, she and her children will get more of the property because it was her 1st child dat was used for rituals that made them wealthy. Omo everywhere fell silent, at dat point I knew the law wasn’t for me.”
