There could be many causes for your problem. The simplest cause could be side effects of the medicines you are taking.
All Anti Retroviral medicines have side effects. The commonest side effects of these medicines are fatigue, muscle ache and cramps.
If you have started these medicines only recently, it is very possible that this is the cause. Since you say that your CD4 count is high and viral load is low, it is unlikely to be an infection.
If this is indeed the cause of your pains, they should decrease in severity over time. In the meantime, you must consult your doctor to rule out other causes of the pains.
