Francis said he felt pained that the project failed because it was never meant to succeed. He felt guilty that he was used to launder Edo people’s money, that the guilt shall remain with him till his last day. After a successful looting expedition, and incessant complaints from Francis, the contract was surreptitiously cancelled and re-awarded to SETRACO LTD.
