You Have Done Much For Education – UNIZIK VC tells Ekwunife

The Senator Representing Anambra Central Senatorial Zone, Senator Uche Ekwunife Ph D inspects ongoing Laboratory Project attracted in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka

 

Inspecting the project, Senator Ekwunife commended the contractor for the level of job done.   

The grassroots Senator doubled Madam Project described the project as a massive and important project which will serve the entire South East towards enhancing science Laboratory education and research.

 

The Eloquent Speaking Senator while highlighting some problems of Nigeria, pointed out lack of focus on local production in science and technology as a problem.

Addressing newsmen, Ekwunife stated that the project will be complected before the end of next year, promising that the project will not be abandoned.

 

The Chairman Senate Committee on Science and Technology used the opportunity to solicit support from the students of the University and She urged them to compare and contrast her services with other candidates to see how highly she has performed.

Appreciating Senator Ekwunife, the Vice Chancellor of Unizik, represented by the deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Prof. FJC Odibo thanked Senator Ekwunife for her numerous contributions to the school, describing her as a great alumnus of the institution.

 

On his part, the ASUU chairman, UNIZIK Chapter Dr. Steve Ufoaroh appreciated the working Senator, adding that the laboratory project will serve as an opportunity for practical experience and experiment by the students and lecturers alike when completed.
