Anambra State: Traffic Crash on Kwata Flyover; One injured

Two women were reportedly injured on Monday, 17th August after a car crash occurred on Kwata Flyover, along Awka-Enugu Express road, Anambra State.

 

According to RC K Musa, Ag. Sector Public Education Officer, who reported for the state Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the crash involved a black SUV Nissan car with Government number, 02E-343AN.

The FRSC operatives from Awka were on ground managing traffic.

According to eyewitnesses, the crash driver was over speeding resulting to total Loss of Control.

 

Two Female Adults were involved while one sustained an injury. They were later taken to the Princeton Orthopedic Specialist Hospital by FRSC Team from Awka Command.

 

The Sector Commander of FRSC Anambra State, CC Andrew A. Kumapayi warns drivers against over-speeding but drive with common sense as most Traffic Crashes are avoidable.
