Joseph Odok’s Comment on Judiciary and the Rule of Law in Nigeria

On the Judiciary and the rule of law

How will there be rule of law in Nigeria when a cabal of corrupt children of perdition appointed most judges and always go to them to frustrate the course of justice?

The judiciary is becoming the real enemy of democracy. Their judicial rascality has sometimes rubbished established laws and even the Nigerian Constitution.

One corrupt judge is worst than 10,000 armed robbers. There appear to be so many yet to be fished out corrupt judges. Some of their judgements even threaten National Security.

If the  executive obeys all purchased judgement even when they threaten National Security, Nigeria in the hands of most of these corrupt judges will be bought over by a cabal of less than 10% of corrupt thieves that control more than 95% of the nation’s wealth.

NJC have so much to do yet doing so less. There is need for an emergency on the judiciary and the legal body to clean up the rots is the NJC
