New Report on Sleep: Sleep Paralysis

What is Sleep Paralysis?

It is that feeling you get when you are sleeping then you suddenly feel like you are being pressed in your sleep, as if a demon is with you.  It is a medical condition.

Though, this is considered very spiritual in Africa and demands spiritual attention but that’s not the niche of this topic.

Factors that triggers sleep paralysis include:
* Stress
* Depression
* Fear
* Dehydration
* Lack of inadequate sleep
* Staying longer in bed
* Sleeping late
* Lack of sex

There is currently one major way to solve this and that’s Healthy Exercise.

Have you experienced this? What does it feels like to you? Do you think it’s more than a health condition ?
