Suspected Yahoo Boy runs Mad in EKSU, Chants “Aje oo”

A suspected Yahoo boy at Ekiti State University(EKSU)  ran mad on Monday, 17th June.

 

The Yahoo boy while coming from school suddenly stopped and started misbehaving, witnesses later realized he had run mad.

 

Witness said he alighted from a commuter bus(Akoto) in front of NNPC along Iworoko and stood at the middle of the highway instead of crossing.

 

After alighting from the EKSU campus vehicle, he began to show some signs of insanity as he disrupted vehicular movement and attack passers-by.

The young man in the process damaged handsets and many other valuables of those who intended to stop him.

 

Then he started chanting “Aje oo” “Aje ooo” meaning wealth .


This made many people to suspect that he may have engaged in some money rituals which eventually backfired.

 

He performed for over one hour before help came.
