Team Lagos Karate calls for male and female to grow its number.

The Lagos State Karate team, lead by Coach Saunaka Shoyoye have called on the public in order to increase its number.

The Lagos State Karate Coach, Saunaka Shoyoye is calling on male and female, short and tall who think they can make Lagos state proud to come train with him.

 

The state team is a combat group, well trained and groomed over months, over years people get older, some face life and for the ladies marriage, so it is important to always recruit.

 

Training venue still remains Rowpark, Casino, Yaba, Lagos.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Time: 7am – 9am

 

Please note that for maximum impact, you must be ready to workout or train at least twice a week, though Karate stands on three times.
