Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her incoming baby boy with a new Instagram post showcasing her pregnant figure in a red string swimsuit. Kardashian dedicated her caption to her future child, writing, “growing you inside of me, my son, is the greatest blessing, honor and joy.” This will be Kardashian’s fourth baby but her first with husband Travis Barker. Barker commented on her post, “The most beautiful🤰🏻”
The couple went on an IVF (in vitro fertilization) journey to try to have a baby together before they ultimately stopped treatment. They chose to see if they could conceive naturally.
“We are officially done with IVF,” Kardashian said in one confessional during her family’s reality show The Kardashians, sharing the news publicly. “We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, I believe it will happen.”
On her decision to stop IVF, Kardashian said later in the series, “It took a toll on me physically. My health is still impacted because it’s hormones and also mentally, it definitely took a toll. I think being happy is most important and being a good parent to my kids. We are just embracing whatever is meant to be will be.”
Kardashian and Barker announced their pregnancy in June and that they were expecting a baby boy shortly after. This will be Kardashian’s third son: She welcomed 13-year-old Mason and eight-year-old Reign with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. She also shares 10-year-old daughter, Penelope, with Disick.
