The people of Nsit Ibom Local Government Area has been reminded of the many and humongous lofty blueprints of the present administration of Umo Bassey Eno captured in the Arise Agenda of the government which Nsit Ibom as a Local Government will be a great beneficiary.

General P. J. Isang (rtd.) stated this on Saturday August 26, 2023 during an enlarged Asang ward 5 meeting of the People’s Democratic Party convened at the instance of the Governor through the State working Committee of the party across the 368 wards of the state.

The political leader of Nsit Ibom Local Government Area assured the people that the led Eno’s administration is very passionate about grassroot development, said a major agenda of the government is a total overhaul of rural communities in state.

He noted that the current administration is poised to deliver exclusively on its campaign promises in furtherance of her avowed determination and commitment to compliment and consolidate on the principles of democracy.

Also speaking, The former Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and Executive Chairman of State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Rt. Hon. Anietie Etuk PhD thanked the people of Asang ward 5 who stood their ground to vote all the PDP candidates including His Excellency Pastor Umo even in the midst of a tensed political atmosphere.

The political leader of Asang Ward V enjoined the people to continually work towards the growth and development of the party, state and country at large, displaying the spirit of sportsmanship to foster and enhance stability, togetherness cum harmony in the ecosystem.
