What does Restructuring mean to you? We don’t need Restructuring for States to Legally Exploit their Mineral Deposits.
The Govr of Nassarawa state has confirmed that the state has set up some PPP Mining Companies and Obtained Mining Licences from the Fed Govt with the Private Sector to Mine its Minerals, Lithium, Tin, Coal & Gold.
Please tell me what your state is doing and how will Restructuring make a difference as States already have the ability to Mine their Mineral Resources by Obtaining Mining Licences from the Fed Govt.
The Tinubu Fed Givt will not Unduly Restrict the Issuing of Mining Licences to stayes wspecially as it is aware of the Urgent need to Diversify & Expand our GDP & help make all states Viable.
But most of our State Govrs & their Administrations appear to be Lazy and Dependent on Fed Allocation instead of Legally Exploiting their Mineral Resources.
My Home state, Ogun state is One such state with Vast Minerals Kaolin, Granite, Clay, Bitumen, Oil & Gas etc yet it has not deemed it fit to set up any PPP Ltd or PLC companies with Proven Private Mining Outfits to Legally Exploit the Mineralsnin the state. to Increase Employment, Productivity, generate Corp Tax & Royalties for the Fed Govt and share of Profits & Income Tax IGR for the State.
