People in cold region might consider chicken due to its fat content. It helps the body to generate maximum heat this season.

But if we are to consider overall nutrient benefits, you should consider opting for goat meat. Apart from the excellent organic aroma goat meat will give your menu unlike other red meat, goat meat is naturally lean, very nutritious and has a range of health benefits.
