APC Beyond today to 2023
My greatest happiness will be when APC begins reconciling factions within the party; not the politics that allow one faction stronger with the others silenced. Certain individuals are getting too powerful with others sidelined.
Politics is numbers and APC must know this. Our party is no longer as strong as it was from 2015 till date. This is giving me great concerns as more State are getting into unresolved and irreconcilable crisis. I don’t rejoice over court victories as I will when the party uses it’s organs to resolve disputes among members and factions.
I have watched so many loyal party men and women changing camps and criticising the party they once died for. I rejoiced over the inauguration of the Bisi Akande Reconciliation Committee but I have not heard about any of their activity after their inauguration.
Peace is all we need and peace will come when the projection of each party’s man’s interest becomes the inclusion of the interest of all stakeholders and party faithfuls. A conscious step at reconciliation is what the party needs now more than ever.
