I was discussing with a friend of mine and he shared with me some of the challenges he was facing in his marriage and I decided to share it here to save someone’s marriage.
He is tall and a very handsome man. He works as a secondary school teacher and also a photographer. His wife is also a teacher but not in the same School.
The wife usually deny him of her body almost every night reasons being that she had a hectic day at work and she is tired.
Though the man was not happy with his wife attitude towards him but decided to let the sleeping dog lie.
One day the man was walking down the street and two ladies were sitting in front of a house and as they saw him. One of them was carried away with admiration and said to the other. This man is very tall and handsome how I wished I can have him for a night I will be very glad. I will do everything possible to have him.
The other lady the woman was discussing with is a friend to the wife of the man and when she saw his wife, she advised her to take good care of her husband that a lady is desperately seeking for the attention of her husband and if she succeed it will affect her marriage.
The man was still at his office that afternoon when his wife called and spoke in a very romantic voice. How are you doing darling? He replied am fine, have you taken your lunch yet? he replied not yet and she said please try and take your lunch and make sure you eat very well because you have a lot of work to do at home tonight.
The man could not imagine what was going on with his wife.
The wife served him a delicious meal that evening and she make sure that he ate very well and they get down to business.
The man was more than satisfied and he could not hold back his curiosity and asked her what exactly is going on? why the sudden change?
Then she narrated what her friend confided in her and I decided to be a better wife.
My friend was very excited about the new development in their marriage.
He said before the sudden change of his wife, he has been considering some thought lately which may likely break their home.
1 Corinthians 7:2-5 KJV says:
“Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.”
Many marriages today has been torn apart as a result of continuous denying of due benevolence.
Your body is one of the major reasons for marriage not just for Baby Making. Enjoy yourselves only within the legality of marriage.
God commanded You to give your body that belong to your Husband/Wife to him or her. It is called “Due benevolence.”
The body of the Wife belong to the Husband and the Body of the Husband belong to his Wife.
Denying your Spouse your body is fraud, that is why the Bible says “Defraud not one another” don’t defraud each other in the Bedroom, give what belong to your Husband or Wife to him or her.
The devil is very subtle and when he wants to destroy the home, he will give the couple silly reasons to deny each other their body which may likely break the home if not checked.
Don’t offer the devil a sit when he visit your home. Resist him and he will flee.
Your marriage will not fail in Jesus name amen.
