The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has unveiled a new flag cum logo design for Biafra Republic.

“The newest design with an acknowledgement of our ERI heritage. Beautiful and thought provoking.” Kanu stated in an excited tweet.

“With the star of David in the rising sun it makes it perfect and shows our history and heritage,” says Mmadu Ifeanyichukwu.

Very lovely my supreme leader our enemies will heat trailer seeing this design perfect design for our beautiful motherland.

Ugo dan, thinks its not perfect yet. “With the incorporation of The Star of David, it looks more beautiful. With time, we’ll have a perfect flag.” While another user says “The Judaism sign on it isn’t cool. Unless all other possibly major religions of the IPOB is included on the flag. We must uphold the freedom of association & beliefs.”

CONTRADICTION

The “Star of David” sign is leading to vaious contradiction ever since Nnamdi Kanu unveiled the new flag desifgn cum logo, some thinks it represents “Illuminati”.

Is that not the mark of the illuminati in our flag ?

I have no problem with the Glowing star of David. Biafra would rise like the sun in the morning and noon, and shine like the star at night.

We don’t need any religious symbols on our flag and or coat of arms. Biafra is a free country. My opinion.

This is very good. Flag carries within it deep meaning which also points to the origin of the people.

Please @MaziNnamdiKanu we should maintain the status quo. When Biafra come we can debate if we want to make changes in our flag or not.

Meanwhile, others believe the old logo still does it for them since – “This one give joy, the spirit is high”. According to Dr CJ Njoku, “Beautiful but I prefer the first one, it remind me alot.”

It’s beautiful and culturally important. And I believe there are other few things that also need to be added to our historic flag.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is expected to clarify on his next broadcast if this flag cum logo will be for official use henceforth or its still on review. But many core followers have accepted it from the supreme leader without second thought.
