The Nigerian singer, Popularly known as Wizkid has finally responded to Seun Kuti, the son of Nigerian afrobeat legend, for consistently rubbishing his Grammy award recognition.
The whole gist was earlier reported that despite receiving his Grammy Plaque on Wednesday, Seun Kuti insists that there are only four musicians in Nigerian whose music has been nominated for Grammy and Wizkid is excluded.
While tackling fans of the singer to stop the hype, Seun Kuti said Album is not the same as music; however, Wizkid will someday make a piece of music that Grammy will recognize.
Reacting, Wizkid, in a post shared on the microblogging platform, Twitter seemed sarcastic in his response as he urged Se un Kuti not to mind the words of his fans but focus on his sax and make good music.
He wrote: No mind them jare. Get the sax and make some music, brother… We all enjoyed your last album we still dey dance like this.
While Wizkid who naturally does not like trouble chose to let the whol drama slide, You can bet the Wizkid family Cartel dragged Seun Kuti until he agreed and accepted that Wizkid is not his mate.
