WHY ARE SOME IGBOS CRYING FOR IGALA OVER THEIR EGYPT ORIGIN, AND NOT CRYING FOR IJEBU OR KANURI TOO?
As at today, the part of Igbo who claimed to be from Israel have no origin because their DNA test to confirm their origin failed in 2017. The only igbo group who can boast of their origin today are those who are from Igala and Benin origin.
With the insûlts attach to such a situations, one thinks that this stranded group without origin should be busy everyday looking for who they are. But instead, they are on Facebook crying or laughing why Igala people said they were ancient Egypt.
Although, not been able to complete secondary education has affected the reading and understanding capabilities of some people, they would have known that Attah Aliyu Obaje was a great lecturer and researcher before he became the Attah. He was the first to trace the origin of Igala to Egypt. Attah Idakwo Ameh was a great academician and author of many books. He stated that Igala were from ancient Egypt, and even ruled there for 90 years.
The present Attah has confirmed what the two others said, and had even added the locations of other relatives of Igala in countries around the Nile River. Now, if the kings of a people can say the same about the origin, and with evidences provided including the crown with cobra image still being used by Attah as used by Pharaohs, why is someone who doesn’t know his or her origin crying over that? Could it be because many around him or her have traced their origin to Igala or Benin, leaving them behind? Truly, it is painful if you don’t know who your real father is.
But someone who is sympathetic to them from Benue state asked why present Egyptians are white while Igala are black.
The answer is the present Egypt are Arab Invaders and not the original Egyptians. In addition, it is not only Igala that traced origin to Egypt in Nigeria. Ijebu of Ogun state, Jukun of Taraba State, Kanuri of Borno State, Bachamu of Adamawa state, Tuareg, Agala in Kano and Katsina, etc all traced their origin to the Nile valley region. Also, the Lebou people of Senegal, Igara Kingdom of Uganda, Igara Maragoli of Kenya, Azande people of South Sudan etc all traced their origin to Egypt. All these people including those outside Nigeria are black like Igala and not white like the Arab Invaders who presently dominate the place.
So, cry for your part of Igbo without origin and not Igala or other tribes who have traced their origin with evidences to ancient Egypt.
