SHAKING, APC IS STILL A FORBIDDEN FRUIT IN ANAMBRA STATE.
PRESS STATEMENT BY THE “CONCERNED ANAMBRA CITIZEN”: A POLITICAL ACTIVIST GROUP DELIVERED ON MONDAY, 4 DECEMBER, 2023, AT AWKA.
Over the weekend, we saw a couple of photos and videos of outdated and cankerworm politicians who gathered at Finotel Hotel, Awka, to do what they call; the “Anambra 2025 Strategic Meeting of APC Stakeholders”, their meeting is acceptable and well appreciated because in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, it is right to political association, moreover the people who gathered at the Hotel were sons and daughters of Anambra state. They are our brothers.
It might interest the good people of Anambra State to remember that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is still not acceptable in our sacred land -the Anambra State, not today, not tomorrow because of the hardship they have caused in Igbo land and to our businesses. So whatever jamboree they performed at Finotel Hotel, Awka, will not be allowed to be used to deceive our people.
We saw photos of Senator; Andy Uba who wanted to introduce RUGA in Anambra state and as well, kidnapped a sitting Governor Chris Ngige, who burnt down the Government House, Governor’s Lodge, and ABS, and caused mayhem in our state. We also saw photos of Senator Uche Ekwunife, the woman who nearly sent the late Mbadinuju to prison after she made away with Anambra State money and the woman who rigged the election that stopped Senator Victor Ume from going to the Senate in 2015.
APC remains a cankerworm and forbidden fruit in Anambra state. We are still comfortable with the PDP, APGA, and the Labour Party. Our people will make their choice from the listed political parties and not APC which has nothing to give to our people.
We do not belong to any political party and we are not supporting any candidate but we must make sure that Anambrarians continue to see the devil in the APC Anambra state chapter.
Remember that these APC members in Anambra did not work for the emergence of Buhari as our President because they had no capacity. All they are now interested in is the 2025 APC Governor’s campaign donation. May God help us.
