Dapo Abiodun Embarks on ‘Operation Renovating One Primary Health Centre Per Local Government
The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun has embarked on “Operation Renovating One Primary Health Centre Per Local Government.”
“We have now identified one Primary Health Centre (PHC) in each local government area of Ogun State for renovation to further enhance accessibility to basic healthcare,” Abiodun captioned.
This process includes installation of alternative solar power systems, equipment supply, complete structure renovation, and fencing.
With this move, most, if not all, of the health centres in Ogun state will be standard.
The locations include: Adeun PHC (Abeokuta North Local Government Area), Erunbe Health Centre (Abeokuta South), Sango PHC (Ado-Odo/Ota), Obada Health Centre (Ewekoro), Oyero Health Centre (Ifo), Ogbere PHC (Ijebu East), Ilaporu Health Centre (Ijebu North), Ijari Health Centre (Ijebu North-east), Isoku Health Centre (Ijebu Ode), Iperu Health Centre (Ikenne), Owode Health Centre (Imeko Afon), Idiroko PHC (Ipokia), Owode Health Centre (Obafemi Owode), Osiele Health Centre (Odeda), Mobalufon Health Centre (Odogbolu), Ibiade Health Centre (Ogun Waterside), Ode PHC (Remo North), Makun Health Centre (Sagamu), Igbogila Health Centre (Yewa North), and Ajilete Health Centre (Yewa South).
