Hakeem Ogunniran, the CEO and founder of Eximia Realty Co ltd has launched a new book project titled “The laws and Practice of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)”.
Mr Ogunniran, who is also the chairman of the Lagos Building Investment Company (LBIC) PLC, expressed his gratitude to everyone who reviewed and endorsed the book.
The book launch was an avenue to share some great ideas with people in the Real Estate industry. His book which also talk about the great steps towards making it big in the industry is now available for pre order.

The REIT Book is a comprehensive guide on real estate financing and investment. It elucidates the legal framework of the Real Estate Investment Trusts and practice-related issues, thereby serving as a useful resource for Lawyers, Professional Advisers, Capital Market Operators, Students and Researchers on Securitisation and asset-backed securities.
