On the 7th of June 2022, a lot of Nigerians were afraid as people from all over the country started trending “JESUS” on their Whatsapp status.
Some few Nigerian were scared thinking rapture might have occured in some part of the country while leaving some other part. Various Twitter users claim this is how rapture will occur… Just like a thief in the night.
The real reason Jesuswas trending was affirmed by Nigerian gospel artist, Nathaniel Bassey , who via his Twitter handle told Nigerians and his fans outside Nigeria to post pictures of Jesus on their social media profiles and statuses and tweet their love for Jesus at 12 noon today.
According to information, the reason behind Nathaniel doing such is for the precious ointment of God to be released in Nigeria (our land).
Nathaniel Bassey wrote: “Can we Make this picture our profile picture and tweet at 12 noon? 🤷♂️. Let’s release this precious ointment over our land and nation. JESUS.
