NO DEMON NEED FASTING TO BE CASTED OUT.
None !
All of them are too small to need any requirements from us who are in Christ before they escape.
They are not born.
Your problem is inability to differentiate the words in scripture into their various testaments especially the words of Jesus in the four gospel plus the practices and teachings in the book of Acts.
The WORDS and PRACTICES in Matthew to Acts just like Genesis to Malachi and the book of Revelation are both old and new testament which can only be separated into their various testaments using CHRIST PRESENT TRUTH.
If you don’t know that, YOUR THEOLOGY WILL HAVE NANY ERRORS and you will be suffering for nothing.
These last three paragraphs is to set the tune to explain why you don’t need FASTING to cast out any devil now even though Jesus said so ONCE in Matthew 17:19-21.
Here is the scripture.
Mat 17:19-21/KJV 19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
Here Jesus addressed two problem.
1. UNBELIEF.
2. CASTING OUT OF DEMONS.
Unbelief in all scripture is UNBELIEF IN CHRIST JESUS. It has no KINDS.
CASTING OUT OF DEMONS was never practices in old testament as we do now but it began to happened in small scale when Jesus walk earth, then full blown after his resurrection. Demons have KINDS – Ephesians 6:12 spoke of their kinds.
When Jesus admonished his disciples about FASTING and PRAYERS in that scripture to cast out THAT KIND OF DEMON, it was only for THAT TIME while Jesus walk earth with RESPECT TO THEM ONLY.
It even applied to them THAT MOMENT ALONE.
That’s Jesus never repeated it to anyone’s else nor them again either while he walk earth as a man nor after his resurrection.
As a matter of fact, fellows were already casting out demons in Jesus name WITHOUT FASTING while Jesus walk earth as a man.
See one of them.
Luk 9:49-50 KJV 49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.
50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.
No record that man FASTED to be doing that and only him and Jesus knew where they knew themselves because the 12 disciples didn’t know that guy.
After Christ resurrection, the instructions to all is
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils.
In my name not IN FASTING.
That’s why no demon anywhere on earth now need any fasting to be casted out
“IN MY NAME” is all that’s required and they shall all flee as in terror.
The UNBELIEF Jesus referred there can only be treated by THE WORD OF GOD in ALL TESTAMENTS and never by FASTING AND PRAYERS.
NO DEMON NEED FASTING to be casted out in new testament life after Christ resurrection.
The instruction of Jesus of Matthew 17:21 was only for THEN. That’s why no other scripture repeated SUCH either in old or new testament..
FASTING and EATING are normal natural practices of ALL MEN on earth. Nothing is spiritual about ANY.
That’s why morning food is called BREAKFAST because all healthy people fast naturally for about 12 hours in every 24 hour.
Those who want to deal with unbelief with fasting and prayer will die in that unbelief because to eternity, fasting and prayers CANNOT CURE UNBELIEF and Jesus never mean UNBELIEF will be cured by fasting and prayers in Matthew 21:17.
Only THE WORD RECEIVED OR BELIEVED displaces UNBELIEF across both testaments.
We defeat UNBELIEF by believing known word of God.
We defeat all devils in Jesus name.
If any devil demand fasting from you to be casted out anywhere on earth, report that nonsense to me let me fire them out from here without fasting.
