A former Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Femi Fani-Kayode, says that nobody can stop the IGBOs from producing the President of Nigeria.
FFK made this statement while reacting to the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, saying that he is the stepping stone for the IGBOs to become president of Nigeria.
He said Atiku Abubakar is arrogant.
“Are the IGBOs in need of your friendship?” You have been trying for over 30 years to become president, but you have failed, and now you are saying that you will be someone else’s stepping stone.
“Please be warned that the IGBOs do not need a witch, a betrayer, and a wicked politician like you to be a stepping stone for them,” he said.
He added that “the IGBOs do not need a betrayer like you to be their stepping stone.
“You want to spoil the future of the Igbo”, he said.
