U. S Embassy debunk denying Oyedepo renewal of Visa
Everyone know without a smoke, there can be a fire. The internet was on a furious trend yesterday when dailyPost ,One of Nigeria media house posted how the United States’Embassy denied the Bishop of The Living Faith Church “Bishop David Oyedepo” Renewal of his visa to the state, stating no reason for refusal says the U. Media Personalities like Linda Ikeji took to Twitter emphasizing their lost of hope and trust in the current government, she stated by saying
“If higher people can be denied renewal of Visa, I’m not ensure sure I want to renew mine ,the government should do something about this”.

The United States’ Embassy has denied depriving the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, otherwise known as Winners’ Chapel International, David Oyedepo, visa into the US.

ThisDay had erroneously reported that Oyedepo was at the embassy in Abuja on Thursday where he was told that he did not qualify for visa renewal after its assessment.

 

The newspaper also claimed that Oyedepo created a scene at the embassy after being denied visa.

However, in a tweet on Friday, the embassy said the report was false.

“#FalseNews Alert! Be advised, the reports making the rounds about a visa being denied to Nigerian Bishop Oyedepo are false. If you have seen this manufactured item in the media, help defeat this #misinformation by communicating to everyone that it is completely false,” the tweet said.

Attached to this article is a post from the  U. S Embassy  which frown at the disposal of such news, they refer to it as fake that such act didn’t happen, as they would never refuse the Man of God visa or if such would ever happen, it would be base of reason which is stated and cleared.
