Why do you imprison yourself with the current war you are fighting at the office, with your family, community, friends, relatives, failed IVF, miscarriages, etc?

There are different kinds of War, Physical war and Spiritual war. WAR is an intense armed conflict between states, governments, societies, or paramilitary groups such as mercenaries, and insurgents.

I would define war as a conflict between two or more parties, and the parties could be your personal decisions in some areas of your life.

Prison is an institution for the confinement of persons who have been remanded (held) in custody by a judicial authority or who have been deprived of their liberty following conviction for a crime.

It is obvious how we confine ourselves or how we give people opportunity to confine us with our crimes, many times unconsciously. The most dangerous prison is confining oneself with nobody input other than yourself. This is the greatest war to find yourself.

Many times, you may feel lost, abandoned, broken, forgotten, or abused but yet you are still alive because God has a reason for your destiny. Every day of our lives is a war to be fought (Eph. 5 vs 16- Redeeming the time, because the days are evil).

In a war and after war three things I observed happens. It is either you’re found dead, alive or wounded, but for the fact that you are brought back from war everything about you as the tendency to change. (This means you might not be the same person).

Here is THE GOOD NEWS.

“For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease”

This will only happen if you are ready to be OUT of your confinement.

Are you aware that there is HOPE for that dead man in war? He would be brought back to get a befitting burial; an honourable one. Why? Many people may be burnt during the war without trace of their existence. Here you are alive for a purpose, or God has allowed you to be WOUNDED for wonders.

Why do you choose to SINK DEEP without trace? Why do you choose to disturb yourself over people’s attention and disturb yourself whether or not you will be relevant. Ha! God needs you alive. He loves you than you can imagine. All you need is to unlock those keys by opening up your heart.

No one comes out of a war clean, washed, properly dress and well mannered. After each war, your eye begins to open. You become a better fighter. You strategize more on how you can be better. You become wiser because you no longer lean on your own understanding. (Prov. 3:5).

Don’t stay too long in THAT PRISONERS WAR. Come out of that prison of war called Depression, loser, failure, or any name you gave it.

Your best version is yet to be seen.

It’s not about what you have done .

It’s about what you’re going to do.

Christ come to save not to condemn.

He has paid for your sins.

He has won the war for you.

Don’t be lost imprisoning yourself.
